Great location on the main street with easy access to all tourist spots. Clean room with comfortable beds, and hot water supply available. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The food was not up to the mark, quite expensive and the menu was limited, with few options for non-vegetarians. The room service was slow and inefficient.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location couldn't get any better, right on the bustling mall road. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that every guest feels welcome. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors, are clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, from the wooden interiors that add a touch of warmth to the thoughtfully provided basic amenities. The breakfast served is delicious and offers a satisfying start to the day.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Great amenities, convenient location During my New Year's stay, the hotel had great amenities like clean, spacious rooms and hot running water all through the night. the key location advantage was the short walking distance to the bus station and popular dining spots. the stunning views from the room were a treat to enjoy.
Noise and poor service the downside was that there was a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep. the service was very poor and staff were uncooperative.

This hotel has a great location with several amazing restaurants just a short walk away. It's very close to the bus station and conveniently located right in front of the bustling mall. the rooms are spacious with clean wooden flooring that keeps the cold out in chilly weather. the delicious vegetarian thali is a must-try during breakfast.
The lack of lifts makes it difficult with mobility issues to access the upper floors.
